Founded in 1989, Massage For Health and Day Spa has gradually grown from a small two room massage-only clinic to a staff of over 10 professionals offering a wide range of treatment options. We are dedicated to providing the best possible service in massage, esthetics, spa therapies, nails and aromatherapy. Injury Treatment Massage
We can directly bill your auto (PIP), workers compensation (L&I), and other major health insurance polices for injury treatment massage if prescribed by a doctor (D.C., M.D., D.O.). We have a preferred provider with Regence Blueshield. Let us help you with your neck/back pain, sprain/strain, headaches, fibromyalgia, tendinitis, TMJ, carpal tunnel and other musculoskeletal issues.
